    OpenCV 是一个开放源代码的计算机视觉库，目前在科研和开发中被广泛使用。OpenCV 由一系列 C 函数和少量 C++ 类构成，实现了图像处理和计算机视觉方面的很多通用算法。功能涉及图像处理、机器学习、图像结构分析、运动分析与对象跟踪、照相机定标和三维重建、智能监控等方面。OpenCV 可以在 Windows、 Linux 以及其他平台下运行，是开发实时运行的计算机视觉系统的一个优秀平台。本研讨会邀请了 OpenCV 开发组的核心成员，以及本领域的其他专家，来向大家介绍和推广 OpenCV。
